Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the alleged victim. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the 15 years old victim girl, the medical report and the statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
