1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the pace of the investigation into Hirapur Police Station Case No. 418 of 2022 dated 18th October, 2022 under Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The Investigating Officer of the case was changed and a new Investigating Officer has examined several witnesses and the relatives of the deceased and neighbours.

3. Investigation has been completed and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 14 of 2023 dated 16th January, 2023 under Sections 498A/306/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been filed.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court finds no inaction on the part of Hirapur Police Station.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
