Mr. Panda, learned advocate appearing for the appellants says that he has instructions not to press this appeal. However, he prays for some time for his clients to vacate the premises in question.

Although, the appellants have absolutely no right to be in possession of the premises in question any further even for a day, on humanitarian grounds, we grant fifteen days to the appellants to vacate the premises in question. The Corporation shall hold its hand for fifteen days and thereafter shall take steps in accordance with law.

The appeal being M.A.T. 1800 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of along with I.A. No. CAN/1/2022.
