The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the application.

This Court is informed that the application under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 seeking interim relief is yet to be considered though it was filed in 2023. In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the application under Section 23 of the 2005 Act within two months from the next date fixed before him upon hearing both the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. With the above observation, CRR 4393 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
