None appears on behalf of either of the parties. By this writ petition, the order communicated to the petitioners under a Memo dated 7th March 2006 was assailed. By the order assailed in the writ petition, the Additional District Magistrate (ZP) Murshidabad opinied that the petitioner did not possess requisite qualification for being engaged as Sahayak or Sahayikas and the selection process for filling up the posts of Sahayak and Sahayika initiated in 2005.

Considering this aspect, I am of the considered view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
