The petitioner seeks fair and unbiased investigation of the complaint lodged by him.

Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation in 2022.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge sheet or the mode and manner of investigation, he is at liberty to take necessary steps before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

No fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
