1. Mr. Bhattachrya, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. Mahata, learned counsel appears for respondent/State.

2. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that W.P.A. (P) 264 of 2025 was disposed of by this Court on July 29, 2025 by directing to decide the representation by the competent authority within a stipulated time. It is agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh if he is not satisfied with the outcome of consideration of such representation pursuant to order passed in W.P.A. (P) 264 of 2025.

3. In view of consensus arrived at, PIL is disposed of by reserving liberty mentioned hereinabove.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
