We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused who assaulted victim to death. He dos not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Said co-accused is the shopkeeper where the incident occurred. In view of the incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
