1. The present revision is directed against an order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

2. In view of availability of alternative remedy before the National Commission, C.O. 3633 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer the self-same challenge on the same grounds before the appropriate forum.

3. There will be no order as to costs.
