Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. The primary allegation of the petitioner is that the complaint lodged by him before the police authority on 26th August, 2025 has not been acted upon.

In view thereof, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
