Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody from 15th March, 2025 and is unnecessarily being detained on the garb of charge-sheet having been submitted without any chemical examiners' report.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the State pursuant to the earlier direction has submitted the report prepared by the CFSL, Bhopal confirming regarding the contraband which was allegedly seized from the petitioner. A second limb of the argument is advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner in respect of cognizance having been taken.

Having considered the same, petitioner would check the trial court records and thereafter he would be at liberty to approach

before this Court.

At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(NDPS) 1385 of 2025 is dismissed.
