Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

The said report reflects that on 03.10.2023, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track 4th Court, Barasat fixed 20.01.2024 for hearing the application filed by the accused in connection with SC-229/2019.

As primarily it reflects that the learned trial court is at the verge of consideration of charges, I direct that on the next date so fixed, the learned trial court will dispose of all the petitions which are pending and fix a date for consideration of charges within a week thereafter. Once the learned trial court is of the opinion that the case is of such nature that trial is required to be conducted, in that case, the learned trial court would fix a schedule consisting of three dates and fix such schedule once in every 45 days so that trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties.

The learned trial court would seek the assistance and thereby pass necessary directions upon the Deputy Commissioner in-charge of Rajarhat Police Station so that

availability of the witnesses is not cryptic and the trial of the case proceeds smoothly.

Learned public prosecutor conducting the case would ensure regarding the production of materials, documents and exhibits on the dates so fixed for examination of the witnesses.

All stakeholders would cooperate with the learned trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4045 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
