The petitioners raise several illegalities on the part of the Golepark Co-operative Housing Society Limited and its office bearers.

It appears from the communication of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, KMAH Cell dated September 23, 2022 addressed to the Secretary of the Housing Society to answer the points mentioned in the said communication and to place the enquiry report along with the observation of the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies before the General Body in the next Annual General Meeting.

According to the petitioners, the compliance report is yet to be filed.

Learned advocate representing the Co-operative Society submits, upon instruction that, the report as sought for by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies was duly submitted.

It appears that there are several disputes between the Society and its members. The Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies already passed certain directions in the matter.

The Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, KMAH is directed to take steps for redressal of the grievances of the parties.

An opportunity of hearing shall be given to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The parties will be liable to follow the direction passed by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the communication dated September 23, 2022 to the joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies along with other relevant documents for acting in compliance of the direction passed hereinabove. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Leave granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the respondent nos. 4 & 5 to file Vakalatnama in the department in course of the day.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
