None appears on behalf of the appellant, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appellant was also not represented on 17.11.2021. There is a delay of 799 days in preferring the appeal.

In view of the provisions under Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam, Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000, this appeal is not maintainable before this court. The Additional Stamp Reporter has also made a report in this regard on 05.11.2016. It appears that the appeal is valued at Rs. 100/- only.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

The connected applications are also dismissed. However, there will be no order as to costs.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of this order to the learned advocate on record for the appellant upon his furnishing a Photostat copy thereof.
