In the second line of the second paragraph of page-1 of the order dated November 21, 2022, the expression 'some works' be deleted and the expression 'supply of materials' be added.

In the third line of the same paragraph instead of the expression 'works', the expression 'supplies' be inserted. In the seventh line of the same paragraph 'full stop' after the express 'proceeding' be deleted and the following expression be added:- 'and/or for other reasons.'

In the last line of the fourth paragraph of page-2 of the order, the expression 'pradhan' be deleted and the expression 'petitioner' be added.

Let the correction be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated November 24, 2022 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
