1. Affidavit-of-compliance filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. It appears that the Corporation has detected unauthorized construction and order of self-demolition was passed on 17th September, 2024 directing the person responsible for making the unauthorized construction to demolish the deviated portions of the unauthorized construction within fifteen days and, in default, the Corporation shall take legal action in accordance with law.

3. The time period for effecting the self-demolition has expired long back. It is high time that Corporation takes step to demolish the unauthorized construction.

4. The contempt application stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities (Amrita Sinha, J.)
