1. The petitioners applied for mutual transfer. Their application is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

2. Without entering into the merit of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order.

3. The Commission shall call for the necessary information as regards the status of the teachers and the vacancy position from the concerned District Inspector of Schools who shall immediately transmit the required data to the Commission for compliance of the direction passed hereinabove.

4. The fate of the application for transfer shall be made known to the petitioners.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
