The petitioner is aggrieved by absence of investigation into FIR No. 20 of 2022.

Counsel for the State submits that investigation is rather complicated as it involves banks and a large number of private persons.

Some documents are required from the office of the Registrar of Assurances.

In that view of the matter, Patuli Police Station is directed to complete the investigation into the subject FIR within four months from date, if not already done.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
