1. We have perused the impugned order. In the order it is noted in view of the dispute over running the business through self help group the beneficiaries were de-tagged and tagged to a nearby MR-cum-Kerosene Oil Dealer namely, Amarendra Nath De. After the dispute was resolved, new secretary wrote a letter to the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food & Supplies Department and the beneficiaries were again tagged to the self help group.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion the beneficiaries being tagged to the self help group licensee, grievances of the appellant with regard to obstruction by others in running the FPS shop require to be addressed before the appropriate forum.

3. That apart, appellant is unrepresented.

4. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
