Case No. 199 of 2020 dated 24.3.2020 and the prosecution in order to prove its case has relied upon as many as 18 witnesses.

A report has been submitted by the ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the State, which reflects that the P.W.7 has already been examined and the next date is fixed on 7th of June, 2024.

In the mean time, the petitioner was also granted bail by an order dated 11.1.2024.

As the prosecution intends to rely upon further number of witnesses, I direct the ld. Trial court to fix a schedule consisting of three dates and fix such schedule once in every 75 days so that the trial of the case can be

taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

All stakeholders will cooperate with the ld. Trial court so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4048 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
