The learned counsel, Ms. Mousumi Bhowal, appearing virtually for the petitioner submits that the mother, namely, Sreejani Naha @ Das has no objection as regards to the visitation right of the father, namely, Sukanta Das but has some difficulty as regards to distance and the place of visitation.

Heard the learned counsel and on perusal of the impugned order dated 07.09.2024 passed in Misc. Case (Act-VIII) No. 63 of 2023, it transpires that the said order has been passed on consent.

As the order has been passed on consent, so this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order.

As such, the present revisional application is disposed of being dismissed.

As the revisional application has been disposed of, so any other application/applications filed in

respect of the said revisional application are deemed to be disposed of.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
