In the order dated February 7, 2025, two bonafide errors crept in. First, the name of learned Counsel for the petitioner was mentioned as "Mr. Subrata Mukherjee" whereas it should be "Mr. Subrata Bhattacharjee".

Secondly, in the third paragraph of the said order, the court was mentioned as "learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, First Court of Serampore" whereas it should be "Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore".

Let these corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated February 7, 2025. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
