The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of the Howrah Municipal Corporation in selecting the private respondent, instead of it, in the tender process which was conducted in July 2024. The private respondent was issued the work order.

It appears that by now the private respondent must be in the midst of the work. Exercising jurisdiction in this issue at such belated point of time may not be proper.

In view of the above, this court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in this matter.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 5.
