1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against an order dated 4th October, 2023 in W.P.A. 23664 of 2023. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of by giving permission to the writ petitioners to file an online application for holding Durga Puja in the place in question and the respondent was directed to consider the application in accordance with law.

2. By efflux of time, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal and the same is dismissed along with the connected application (I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2023).
