1. The plaintiff in an eviction suit has filed this application for expeditious disposal of such suit.

2. I find from the records that Ejectment Suit No. 38 of 2022 was filed by the plaintiff in the year 2022 and the same is already on the peremptory board.

3. I do not find any laches on the part of the learned trial Judge, since an eviction suit of 2022 being on the peremptory board by the end of the year 2024 speaks volumes about the diligence of the learned trial Judge, keeping in view the excessive pressure under which our civil courts are functioning.

4. Be that as it may, keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner is a septuagenarian,

this Court expresses full confidence that the learned trial Judge shall dispose of the suit at the earliest, preferably within June 30, 2025.

5. With the aforesaid observations, C. O. No. 3652 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. The parties and the all concerned shall act on the server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.
