The petitioner complains that Debra Police Station has not completed investigation into the subject FIR No. 146 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022 registered under the order of the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C.

Having heard the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Debra Police Station to complete investigation into the subject FIR within two months from date, if not already done and to recover the deed of conveyance from the accused.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
