Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim lady. It is contended other in-laws have been granted anticipatory bail. Husband is on regular bail. She prays for anticipatory bail. 3.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim's statement shows petitioner had held her when her husband poured poison in her mouth.

In view of contributory role played by the petitioner in the murder, we are of the opinion she does not stand on the same footing with other in-laws who have been granted anticipatory bail.
