Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. She had suffered homicidal death at the matrimonial home. In view of clinching materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
