On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that as the petitioner was not provided with the address of the appellate authority, the petitioner could not prefer the statutory appeal but moved before this Hon'ble Court with the present writ petition. It is stated that now the appeal has been preferred before the appropriate forum which is pending final adjudication. It is submitted that hearing has already been done and judgment is pending. Under such circumstances, necessary order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

Considering the facts of this case, I do not find any pertinent point to remain there in this writ petition to be adjudicated any further.

The writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
