Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of the minor implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
