Earlier, the writ petition appeared on 10.11.2010, when none represented the petitioner.

I have considered the subjectmatter of the writ petition which related to the representations dt.

12.07.10 and 15.09.10 made to the Inspector in charge of Raiganj Police Station and the Superintendent of Police of Uttar Dinajpur.

Having considered the

representations so made, I am of the view that the subject-matter of the dispute should have been considered by the Civil Court and the police authorities had no role for interference by exhausting their powers.

Considering the aforesaid, I find no merit in the writ petition and in the connected applications.

Accordingly, WPA 21310 of 2010 along with CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 is dismissed.
