This is a revision under section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 2.7.2011 in G.R. Case No. 631 of 2009, in connection with Ketugram Police Station Case No. 189 of 2009 dated 15.10.2009 under Sections 408/409/420/120B of the IPC giving rise to Special Case No. 1 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Burdwan.

No interim order has been passed.

It appears that the petitioner did not appear on consecutive dates. The revisional application is, therefore, dismissed for default. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Connected applications, if any, are also disposed of.
