JM, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, wherein by way of interim maintenance a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month was awarded by the ld. Court in favour of the o.p. As the said order is appealable under section 29 of the PWDV Act, I direct that the petitioner would first exhaust his remedies before the ld. Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur and thereafter, if so advised, approach this court. The ld. Sessions Judge while admitting the appeal will take into consideration the period of delay as the revisional application was pending before this court for a considerable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4056 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate on record on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.
