The order dated October 3, 2023 requires corrections in the following manner:- In the second line of the last paragraph of page - 3, the expression 'Appellate' be deleted, the expression 'III' be added after the expression 'Tribunal' in the next line and the expression 'appeal' in the last line be deleted and the expression 'application' be inserted.

Let the corrections be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated October 3, 2023 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
