Mr. Dipanjan Chatterjee Ms. Rimpa Adhikari Ms. Kakan Das Ms. Anidita Kundu Mr. Debangshu Majumder ...for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Mr. Dattatreya Dutta ..for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It appears from the Certificate of Test dated 18.11.2025 issued by the Assistant Director and Government Analysis, SDCRL, Government of West Bengal that the white powder in polybag sent for examination was found to be negative for the presence of acetaminophen.

Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary, the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about 174 days and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Krishnanagar

and also be subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
