The report filed by the S.I of Police Ausgram Police Station, Purba Bardhaman dated 30.06.2023 through the learned advocate for the State. From the report it appears that the opposite party Nos. 2 i.e. Amantullah Sah and opposite party Nos. 3 i.e. Asgar Sk. Had been acquitted by an order dated 11.01.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman.
The learned advocate for the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 are present before the Court. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.
The learned advocate for the opposite parties concedes to the statement of the S.I of police as per the report and files a copy of the order dated 11.01.2012 passed by the aforesaid Court. Let the said report be kept on record.
Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
