1. Pursuant to the order dated November 10, 2025, the parties have settled the matter, out of the Court.

2. I am informed that the petitioner has repaid the entire loan taken from the Alankarpur Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd.

3. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, places a copy of the Clearance Certificate issued by the Samity.

4. Let such copy of the Clearance Certificate be kept on record.

5. In view of the settlement between the parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

6. The writ petition is, thus, dismissed.

7.There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
