CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 4130 of 2019 Jayanta Sarkar @ Jayantanath Sarkar -versus- Chandana Halder (Sarkar) This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking withdrawal of the Mat Suit No. 34 of 2019 pending before the learned District Judge at Uttar Dinajpur and transfer of it to the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Buniadpur, District : Dakshin Dinajpur. None appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the application either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for. The opposite party is also unrepresented.

CO 4130 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
