Perused the case diary.

From the reply of the doctor present at page 63 of the case diary, it appears that the alleged victim suffered miscarriage of her six weeks old fetus due to physical assault.

Considering the above and the statement of the victim and other witnesses specifically taking the names of the present petitioners as the assailants who assaulted the victim and pushed her to the floor, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
