1. Petitioner complains of violation of the judgment and order dated September 5, 2024 passed in MAT 918 of 2022.

2. A Special Leave Petition filed directed against the judgment and order dated September 5, 2024 was disposed of on January 7, 2025 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by directing the disciplinary proceedings as directed by the High Court to be completed within a period of four months from date.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors on instruction submits that, the petitioner was reinstated and put under suspension. He submits that, the disciplinary proceedings will be completed within the extended period of four months as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, a writing of the alleged contemnors contains certain errors and that, his client responded thereto.

5. By our order dated September 5, 2024, we directed the disciplinary proceedings to be concluded within a period of three months from the date of appointment of the inquiry authority. In the Special Leave Petition, the Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated January 7, directed the disciplinary proceedings, as directed by us, must be completed within a period of four months from date of the order.

6. In view of the submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnors, we are not minded to interfere any further under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 or under Article 215 of the Constitution of India.

7. CPAN 1647 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
