We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim discloses involvement of the petitioner in the offence of gang rape. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
