Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 120 days and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. It has also been submitted that charge-sheet in connection with the instant case has already been presented before the learned Special Court, petitioner may be released on bail on any condition.

Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

Having regard to the stage of the case, I am of the view that at this stage this is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2210 of 2025 is dismissed. However, the petitioner would renew the prayer for bail after the evidence of victim is over.

Learned trial Court would put in efforts so that within next 60 days from the next date so fixed the evidence of victim is completed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
