Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land in question and alleges that the private respondents fraudulently recorded their names in respect of the said land and are restraining the petitioner from harvesting paddy therein.

The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority which has not been considered.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that a civil suit is pending by and between the petitioner and the private respondents and an order of status quo has been granted by the learned Trial Court upon both the parties.

The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievance before the learned civil Court.

It also appears that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the police authority has held enquiry and has submitted prosecution under Section 126 of the BNSS. The police authority shall keep strict vigil over the area and shall ensure that no untoward incident takes place and law and order is maintained.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
