It appears that a prime grievance of the petitioner about non-registration of the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner has already been redressed and a specific FIR being Basirhat Police Station Case No. 668 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023 has been registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of, albeit without any cost.
