None appears on behalf of the State respondents on call. Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the direction dated January 06, 2025, the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Paschim Medinipur, the respondent no. 4 herein has calculated the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of pension and has intimated the same to the petitioner, he files a copy of the said intimation, let it be kept with the record.

The petitioner is directed to refund the amount so calculated in the relevant Government account within a period of four weeks from date.

Upon deposit of the said amount, the respondent no. 4 shall prepare the pension papers of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of such deposit and shall send the same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein and the said respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of the pension papers shall take forward steps for issuance of pension payment order in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 25389 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
