Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, Mr. S.S. Saha ....for the petitioner Mr. R. Guha Thakurata, Ms. S. Sengupta ...for the respondent nos. 9 and 10 The Nager Bazar Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate has filed a report dated 20.01.2023.

It appears from the report that there are family and civil disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents being the son and daughter-inlaw. The son and daughter-in-law are living on the second floor of house. The petitioner has possession of the first floor and the garage in the ground floor. The petitioner has a younger son, who is differently abled. The petitioner is taking care of her younger son.

The Nager Bazar Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

In the event, any of the petitioner or the private respondents create any breach of peace, either

between themselves or outside, the Nager Bazar Police Station shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
