Chattopadhyay has fairly submitted as usual that Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance has prayed for three weeks time for payment of pension to the petitioner.

Such time is granted and this court hopes and excepts that by that time the pension payment order will be issued and the pension of the petitioner will start.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
