It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by this Court. At the 3rd line of the 2nd page of the order instead of "Canning Street", it should actually be "Hare Street". The inadvertent typographical order is hereby corrected and the order dated 03.01.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
