In connection with Thakurpukur Police Station Case No. 206 of 2019 under Section 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code police submitted charge sheet on 29th November, 2019. Subsequently the case was transferred to the Court of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Alipore. It was registered as ACGR Case No.4636 of 2019. The opposite party No.2 /accused was arrested in connection with this case on 6th November, 2019 and obtained bail from the trial Court on 8th November, 2019. Till date the learned Magistrate did not find time to frame charge against the accused.

Under such circumstances, the instant revision is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to frame charge against the accused positively on the next date fixed. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate shall conclude trial of the case within six months from the date of this order.

With the above direction, the instant revision is disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of this order.
