1. Written instruction by way of an affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.5 in Court today is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate representing the bank and the private respondents submits that a receiver has been appointed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the petitioner may take possession of the disputed crane in presence of the receiver.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner admits to the said proposition and is agreeable to remove the crane in the presence of the receiver.

4. The parties are directed to act in terms of the submissions made hereinabove.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
